IOCŪ does not warrant that the Trademarks and Designs contained in the Licensed Trademarks and Designs will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Licensed Trademarks and Designs will be error free. Should the Licensed Trademarks and Designs prove to be unsuitable for your or your operation, you (and not IOCŪ) assume the cost of adjustments, repair, correction or discontinued use. No oral advice or written information given by IOCŪ , its employees, licensers or the like, shall create a warranty; nor shall you rely on any such information or advice. Upon request of IOCŪ, You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IOCŪ its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees, from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, in connection with your use of the IOCŪ Service and Trademarks and Designs.
